SPEAK & SPELL   If you had one of these, then you were one step ahead of those of us who suffered the trip to Grandma's with just our Little Professor calculators and Merlin.  The Speak and Spell would allow the proud owner to manually type out words that were spoken by the computer, and it would also repeat words that were typed in by the proud owner.  Don't forget, it was the Speak and Spell that Elliot and E.T. used.
