SHIRT TALES   The Shirt Tales were a cartoon about helpful little critters who had special powers.  There were plush toys, Hallmark ornaments, board games, puzzles, and even bedding.  The animals (bears, raccoons, etc.) had t-shirts with quaint sayings, like "Day Dreamin'," "Smile" and "World's Greatest."
