FASHION PLATES   Fashion plates date back as far as the 19th century, the iterations of which were much different than their 80's predecessors.  In a nutshell, the 80's Fashion Plates were patterned plates that a kid put together to form a fashionable outfit, and then colored over with paper and colored pencils.  As far as we know, they still make Fashion Plates.
