CAPTAIN POWER   Was Captain Power a cartoon or comic book?  We are not sure exactly, but with the Captain Power toy pictured, you could actually shoot at your TV screen with an accompanying VHS tape (like Duckhunt).  Not all Captain Power toys were like this.  There were static toys as well.  Static as in use your imagination, dude.
