Buy New and Used   WKRP in Cincinnati was a comedy that aired from 1978 to 1982.  Fans of  this show will remember that Arthur Carlson is asked to manage a fledgling radio station owned by his mother.  With the help of employees like Venus Flytrap, Dr. Johnny Fever, and Less Nessman, Arthur tries to turn the place around.  Season 1 is available on DVD.  There was also a spin-off to this show called The New WKRP in Cincinnati.  You will find the show introduction to this spin-off at the bottom of this page.
