BUY THIS POSTER   Buy New and Used Transformers was a cartoon series that ran from 1984 to 1987 (there was a movie released in 1986 as well).  It is not clear to us what came first, the cartoon or the toys.  In any event, during the Cybertronian War, the Autobots and Decepticons crashed into Earth.  After millions of years, some seismic event resurrects the robots, whereby the Autobots go about the business of protecting the world from the Decepticons.  Seasons 1 through 3 are available on DVD, as well as many Beast Wars episodes.
