PENELOPE ANN MILLER Penelope Ann Miller, born Jan. 23, 1964 in Los Angeles, started her acting career in the 1980's.  She could be found guest starring on shows like Tales From the Darkside, The Facts of Life, Family Ties, Miami Vice, and St. Elsewhere.  Miller also had a role on a short lived 80's TV series called "The Popcorn Kid."  Many of you might remember her for her role as Winnie in Big Top Pee-wee (1988).  Other 80's movies that featured Miller included Hotshot (1987), Adventures in Babysitting (1987), Biloxi Blues (1988), Miles from Home (1988), & Dead Bang (1989).  Miller also starred in Kindgergarten Cop (1990).
