MEG FOSTER Meg Foster, born May 10, 1948 in Pennsylvania, started her acting career in the 1970's.  By the time the 80's rolled around, Foster was a seasoned actress.  Foster could be found guest starring on shows like Miami Vice, The Twilight Zone, The Cosby Show, Murder She Wrote, a ton of made for TV movies, and who can forget her role as Cagney on the TV series "Cagney and Lacey (1982-1988)."  Foster's 80's movie resume includes Carny (1980), Ticket to Heaven (1981), The Osterman Weekend (1983), The Emerald Forest (1985), Riding Fast (1986), The Wind (1987), Masters of the Universe (1987), They Live (1988), Leviathan (1989), Blind Fury (1989), Relentless (1989), and Stepfather II (1989).
