KYRA SEDGWICK Kyra Sedgwick, born August 19, 1965 in NYC, really began her career as Julia Shearer (1982-1983) on the TV series "Another World."  Sedgwick did star in a few made for TV movies, and even could be found guest starring on shows like Miami Vice.  Sedgwick's most popular 80's movie role might have been her role as Donna in Born on the Fourth of July (1989).  Sedgwick's 80's movie repertoire also includes War and Love (1985), Tai-Pan (1986), and Kansas (1988).  Sedgwick was very busy in the 1990's and continues a very busy career.  Quick Fact:  Sedgwick has been married to Kevin Bacon since 1988.
