JOAN CHEN Joan Chen, born April 26, 1961 in China, started her acting career back in the 1970's.  Although many of her early movies were Chinese in origin, by the time the late 80's arrived, she was starring in Hollywood flicks.  Some of these movies include The Night Stalker (1987), The Last Emperor (1987), and The Blood of Heroes (1989).  She also popped up as a guest star on 80's shows like Matt Houston, Miami Vice, and MacGyver.  Some of you might remember her as Josie Packard on the early 90's TV series "Twin Peaks."
