Jean Simmons (not to
be confused with Gene Simmons of Kiss), born Jan. 21,
1929 in the UK, started her acting career way back in
the 1940's. Simmons did a great deal of 80's TV,
including guest appearances on shows like "Hotel" and
"Murder She Wrote." Simmons also starred in a
number of made for TV movies. Some of you may
remember her as Clarissa Main in The North and South I
(1985) and II (1986). Her 80's movie resume
includes The Dawning (1988) and Yellow Pages (1988). |
