Geena Davis, born Jan.
21, 1956 in Massachusetts, started her acting career in
the 80's, with her first movie appearance being Tootsie
(1982). She starred in more than a few great 80's
movies, including Fletch (1985), Transylvania 6-5000
(1985), The Fly (1986), Beetle Juice (1988), Earth Girls
are Easy (1988), and The Accidental Tourist (1988).
Thelma and Louise was released in 1991 As far as
80's TV is concerned, Davis guest starred in shows like
Riptide, Knight Rider, Fantasy Island, Family Ties,
Reemington Steele, SNL, one made for TV movie, and
starring in a couple of short lived TV series called
"Buffalo Bill" and "Sara." If you have kids, you
know Davis as Mrs. Little, Stuart's Mom. |
