EMMA THOMPSON Emma Thompson, born April 15, 1959 in the UK, started her acting career in the 1980's, mostly on TV.  She starred in several made for TV movies, in addition to having roles on some TV shows in the United Kingdom (Alfresco, Assaulted Nuts, Tutti Frutti, and Thompson).   Her 80's movie resume includes only two movies that we know of, The Tall Guy (1989) and Henry V (1989).  She continues to stay extremely busy.
