DONNA MILLS Donna Mills, born Dec. 11, 1942 in Chicago, started her acting career in the mid 60's on a couple of TV series.  As far as the 80's go, Mills is probably best remembered for her role as Abby Fairgate Cunningham Ewing Sumner (1980-1989) on the TV series "Knots Landing."  As far as we can tell, Mills was only a TV actress in the 80's.  She starred in a ton of made for TV movies.  Last we heard, Mills was still acting.
