PIERCE BROSNAN Pierce Brosnan, born May 16, 1953 in Ireland, is probably more popular now than he was in the 80's.  Most people will recognized him for his role as James Bond 007, but of course an 80's child also knows Brosan as Remington Steele.  In the 80's, Brosnan was more of a TV actor than a movie actor, but he did star in The Carpathian Eagle (1980), The Long Good Friday (1980), Nomads (1986), The Fourth Protocol (1987), Taffin (1988), and The Deceivers (1988).  Last we hard, he has given up his role as 007.  The search is on.
