PAUL RUEBENS Paul Ruebens, born August 27, 1952 in New York, was a huge part of the 1980's.  Rueben is pictured here as the character Pee Herman, a role that was huge both on TV and on the big screen.  The original Pee Wee Herman TV show debuted in 1981, and then Pee Wee's Playhouse in 1986."  Ruebens often played the role of Pee Wee, and not just in Pee Wee's Big Adventure (1985) and Big Top Pee Wee (1988).  Other 80's movies where he played Pee Wee include Cheech and Chong's Next Movie (1980) and Back to the Beach (1987).  Other 80's movies that Ruebens starred in include Pray TV (1980), Midnight Madness (1980), The Blues Brothers (1980), Dream On (1981), Nice Dreams (1981), Pandemonium (1982), and Meatballs Part 2 (1984).
