OLIVER PLATT Oliver Platt, born Jan 12, 1960 in Canada, is definitely more popular these days than he was in the 80's, but you could still find Platt now and again back then.  You could find him on TV, in shows like Miami Vice and The Equalizer, and also in the following 80's movies:  Married to the Mob (1988), Working Girl (1988), and Crusoe (1989).  Flatliners was not released until 1990.  Platt continues a steady acting career these days, and has really starred in some great movies.  Quick Fact:  Platt's father was a career diplomat, which means Platt spent his childhood all over the world.
