Nick Nolte, born Feb.
8, 1941 in Nebraska, starting his acting career back in
the early 70's. There is one 80's movie role of
Nolte's that really sticks out in our mind, that being
the role of Jack Cates in 48 Hours (1982, 1990).
We are not aware of any notable TV related appearances
by Nolte in the 80's, but he did star in the following
80's movies: Heart Beat (1980), Cannery Row
(1982), Under Fire (1983), Grace Quigley (1984),
Teachers (1984), Down and Out in Beverly Hills (1986),
Extreme Prejudice (1987), Weeds (1987), Three Fugitives
(1989), New York Stories (1989), and Farewell to the
King (1989). Nolte continues to stay very busy,
more so now than in the 80's.
