NED BEATTY Ned Beatty was born July 6, 1937 in Kentucky.  As an actor, he might not be readily recognizable to many of you, but Beatty has been a TV and movie fixture since the early 70's.  Some 70's fans might remember Beatty in The Exorcist II (1977) and Superman (1978).  His 80's TV and movie list is very long.  You could see Beatty on a ton of made for TV movies, and occasionally on "Murder She Wrote."  His 80's movie list includes The American Success Company (1980), Hopscotch (1980), Superman II (1980), The Incredible Shrinking Woman (1981), The Toy (1982), Touched (1983), Stroker Ace (1983), Restless Natives (1985), Back to School (1986), The Big Easy (1987), The Fourth Protocol (1987), Rolling Vengeance (1987), The Trouble With Spies (1987), Shadows in the Storm (1988), Purple People Eater (1988), Switching Channels (1988), The Unholy (1988), Midnight Crossing (1988), Time Trackers (1989), Physical Evidence (1989), Tennessee Nights (1989), Chattahoochee (1989), & Ministry of Vengeance (1989).  Beatty continues to stay very busy.
