MATT DILLON Matt Dillon, born on Feb. 18, 1964 in New York, was the first choice for Richard in the movie The Blue Lagoon (1980).  Need less to say, he turned it down because of the nudity (sorry ladies).  This did not set him back any, as the 1980's was just what the Dr. ordered for Dillon.  He starred in My Bodyguard (1980), Little Darlings (1980), Liar's Moon (1981), Tex (1982), The Outsiders (1983), Rumble Fish (1983), The Flamingo Kid (1984), Target (1985), Rebel (1985), Native Son (1986), The Big Town (1987), Kansas (1988), Drugstore Cowboy (1989), and Bloodhounds of Broadway (1989).  He had only one TV appearance that we know of in the 80's (a made for TV movie).
