MARTIN SHORT Martin Short, born March 26, 1950 in Canada, lost both his parents and his brother by the time he was 20.  Short started showing up in the 70's.  Some of you might remember his short stint on SNL (1984-1985).  His movie resume includes Three Amigos (1985), Innerspace (1987), Cross My Heart (1987), The Making of Me (1989), and Three Fugitives (1989).  Short had a ton of 80's TV appearances (The Love Boat, Taxi, Tracy Ulman Show, and a bunch of made for TV movies).  He was really funny in the movie Father of the Bride, but this was not released until 1991.  These days, you will find Short popping up all over the place.  He is a pretty darn funny comedian.
