KRIS KRISTOFFERSON Kris Kristofferson, born June 22, 1936 in Texas, is a man of many talents with an interesting background.  He is a helicopter pilot, Golden Gloves Boxer, Rhodes Scholar, country western musician, and actor.  Since this is a section about actors, we will stick with that.  Kristofferson started his acting career in the early 70's.  In the 80's, Kristofferson had a number of TV roles, and starred in the following movies:  Heaven's Gate (1980), Rollover (1981), Songwriter (1984), Flashpoint (1984), Trouble in Mind (1985), Big Top Pee-Wee (1988), Millennium (1989), and Welcome Home (1989).  If you are an action fan, you might recognize him from the Blade (1998) Trilogy with Wesley Snipes.
