JEFF DANIELS Jeff Daniels was born Feb. 19, 1955 in Georgia.  The most recent role for Daniels that stands out in our mind was his role as Harry in Dumb and Dumber (1994), but there have been others as well.  Way back in the 80's, Daniels starred in Ragtime (1981), Terms of Endearment (1983), The Purple Rose of Cairo (1985), Marie (1985), Heartburn (1986), Something Wild (1986), Radio Days (1987), The House on Carroll Street (1988), Sweet Hearts Dance (1988), and Checking Out (1989).  Arachnophobia wasn't until 1990.
