GEORGE BURNS

POSTERS/PRINTS

ALL THINGS EBAY

George Burns, born Jan. 20, 1896 in NYC (died in 1996) is the only actor born in the 19th century that is being featured on this site.  Burns debuted in the late 1920's, and was extremely busy during the 1930's.  By the time the 80's rolled around, Burns was already pretty old, yet he headlined some classic 80's movies.  As a sequel to the 1977 hit Oh, God!, Oh, God!  Book II was released in 1980, and Oh, God!  You Devil in 1984.  Some of you might even remember the "George Burns Comedy Week" series in 1985.  Other than TV appearances, the only other movie Burns starred in in the 80's was 18 Again! (1988).  He made only one additional movie appearance before his death.
