ERIC ESTRADA Eric Estrada, born March 16, 1949 in New York, is probably most recognized for his role as Officer Francis Llewellyn 'Ponch' Poncherello on the TV series Chips.  In the 80's, Estrada starred in a lot of made-for-tv movies, in addition to several Spanish films.  American movies that Estrada starred in in the 80's include The Line (1980), Hour of the Assassin (1987), Andy Colby's Incredible Adventure (1988), Caged Fury (1989), & Alien Seed (1989).
