David Bowie, born Jan.
8, 1947 in London, is one of the few music-Hollywood
crossover actors of the 80's (there is a lot more of
them these days). His most memorable role is
probably in the movie Labyrinth (1986), but in addition
to the many movie theme songs he is responsible for, he
also starred in Jazzin' for Blue Jean (1984), and
Absolute Beginners (1986).
