GREATEST HITS
Design of a Decade: 86-96 Janet Jackson

Janet Jackson debuted in 1982 with her self-titled release.  In the 80's, Jackson released Dream Street (1984), Control (1986), & Rhythm Nation 1814 (1989).  Her 1986 release was probably the most popular, with songs like "What Have You Done for Me Lately," "Nasty," and "Let's Wait Awhile."  Janet had a ton of hits.  Just check out the greatest hits release above to see for yourself.

LET'S WAIT AWHILE:
[starts]
There's something I want to tell you, There's something I think that you should know, It's not that I shouldn't really love you, Let's take it slow, When we get to know each other, and we're both feeling much stronger, Then let's try to talk it over, Let's wait awhile longer [etc]
