Buy New and Used Starring James Garner and Julie Andrews, Victor Victoria was a romantic, slap stick musical comedy released in 1982.  The plot of this movie is rather complicated, but let's try to explain it.  Andrews, an out-of-work actress, ends up in a business deal with a gay night club owner in Paris (circa 1930's).  Andrews disguises herself as a man, and subsequently gets the attention of the mob boss (Garner), who can't decide if she is really a man or a woman.
