In this 1986 flick,
Rodney Dangerfield goes "Back to School" as Thornton
Melon, a successful businessman who dropped out of grade
school. After being confronted by the lackluster
attitude of his son towards education, Thornton decides
to take up where he left off. After signing up at
a prestigious university, Thornton proceeds to educate
himself by throwing lavish parties and paying NASA to
take his tests. This movie also starred Robert
Downey, Jr. as Derek. |
