The Running Man was
released in 1987, but was about the year 2017, a time
when there is strict control by the Government.
The people are entertained by sadistic shows on TV, like
the Running Man, a show where convicts earn their
freedom, gladiator style, if they can survive. One
man, a framed convict named Ben Richards
(Schwarzenegger), turns the tide on the show, and is
vindicated in the end. Great movie! |
