Okay, truth is, George Herbert Walker Bush
was only a small part of the 1980's (he ran in 1988), but he was
the president after all. Some of his famous quotes:
"not gonna do it," "read my lips," and "no new taxes."
Bush was a tough president, a perfect example being the 1989
ordering of troops to Panama to capture Manuel Noriega.
