Life Force was one of those scrolling, space ship
80s video games similar
to Defender in many ways. In this case, however, the enemy
was various types of germs, viruses, and the like. In this
80s arcade game, you
would pick up power-ups that increased your fire power and then
get to work.
This 80s video game had no relation to the 80's movie "Lifeforce"
as far as we know.
The full size version is rare, but there are plenty of console
versions available.
